Established in 1852 as a homestead, Emu hall is now set to become the number one venue for events and social gatherings in the Nepean region. The development is a part of the Regatta Park Plan of Management.

Since 1852

Until now, the property was private and only accessible to the residents who lived there to enjoy its stunning gardens and history. Now Emu Hall has opened up for the public to enjoy the beautiful scenic location, making it the newest foodie hub in the area. Emu Hall will now be consistent with the local surrounding developments including the recently built Yandhai Nepean Crossing.

Our Chef

“First and foremost I am a chef, whether behind the stove at one of my Northern California restaurants or for the past 15 years in front of the camera on my Food Network cooking shows. Creating new dishes and flavor combinations that bring cooks and our restaurant guests pleasure is my job and I love it.”
